The preparation of a catalog of academic works (Monograph, Dissertations, and Theses) and publications in general, in accordance with the recommendations of ABNT and AACR2, is one of the services offered by the UFPI Library System (SIBi/UFPI), free and exclusive to the Institution's academic community.
The policy for meeting the requests for the Cataloging Data will follow these recommendations:
- The Catalog Data must be requested only for the final version of the work;
- The request must be made via SIGAA: - Administrative staff and Professor at UFPI (access the Server Module);
- Students (access the Student Portal)
- Parts of the work that must be sent: cover sheet (2nd sheet), abstract with keywords, summary, number of pages or sheets and inform if there are illustrations (figure, chart, graph, etc.) in the work;
- A form will be made in PDF format and sent to users within 72 hours (classroom students) or 7 days (Distance Learning students). This term considers only business days;
- After fulfilling the request, the user will receive an email alert and the Catalog Data will be available on their page, at SIGAA.
